You'll be staying in the master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom — no sharing a bathroom with anyone. The room is spacious and the whole apartment has been decorated with a lot of care and warmth to make it genuinely feels like a home.

The Location is honestly hard to beat:

1. 7 minutes driving to ASU Tempe campus
2. 5 minutes driving to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport 1
3. 5 minutes to Mekong Supermarket (great for Asian groceries)
4. The light rail stop is literally across the street — walk out the front, cross, and you're on it. No car needed for most things.

What's included in your $850:

1. All utilities covered by me — electricity, water, internet, you don't touch a bill
2. Full access to the kitchen and all utensils — cook freely
3. Free outdoor parking spot — no fees, no hassle

Shared living room and common spaces (we keep it clean and cozy, please help us maintain that!)

The apartment is surrounded by lovely greenery and we'd love to keep the vibe peaceful — no parties please, just good energy in the space

2. Rio Paradiso — 3 bed / 2 bath unit, living with 1–2 friendly, respectful and very clean housemates
